HOW IT WORKS

  • Health History

    Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to assess suitability for GLP-1( semaglutide or tirzeaptide) medications and ask questions about our services.

    If you choose to move forward, we will order labs and schedule a new patient visit.

  • Custom Assessment

    During your new patient appointment, we determine a medication plan based on your history, labs, lifestyle habits and
    personal goals. (Lab results must be available prior to the new patient visit).
    If no contraindications, medications are prescribed and delivered to your door
    with supplies needed for administration.

  • Program Enrollment

    Schedule a follow-up appointment to review progress and adjust medication as needed.
